1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We also store the CV documents you upload and the job descriptions you submit for tailoring.

2. How we use your data

• To authenticate your account and provide access to the service.
• To generate tailored CVs and cover letters (Pro) based on your uploaded resume and job descriptions.
• To store your generated CVs and cover letters so you can access and download them later.
• To track your monthly generation count and enforce usage limits (free and Pro plans).

3. AI processing

Your CV text and job descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to generate tailored CVs and cover letters. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored on our servers. Uploaded PDFs and generated CVs are stored as files on disk. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or CV content with third parties, except as required to provide the service (i.e., sending text to Anthropic for processing) or as required by law (e.g., in response to a valid legal request or to report illegal activity).

5. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual generated CVs and cover letters at any time from the dashboard. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at the email below.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your generated CVs as PDFs at any time. For data deletion requests, contact us below.
